We dispatch all orders within 24 to 72 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive a notification and our local delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule the drop-off.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange if you change your mind or if the fit isn't right.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Free Return Shipping
We believe returns should be stress-free. Artasha covers the cost of return shipping. We will arrange a courier to collect the package from your address.

Ensure items are packed safely in their original packaging with tags attached.
Our delivery partner will coordinate with you to collect the return package from your address, free of charge.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will immediately process your exchange or refund.
